Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization and the correct return address.
Prepare the Package
Ensure the perfume is in its original, sealed cellophane packaging and securely pack it in the original shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Dispatch the Shipment
Affix the provided return label or use a trackable shipping service to send the parcel back to our warehouse; please retain your tracking number for reference.
